Car shipping can be the easiest thing. With 70 primary Interstate Highways, +200 three digit Highways, and thousands of ramifications, no shipping is the same.

While variables are many, there is not one reason that can separate you from having a headache-free car transportation, even more so, when you already have all the answers.

Communication is a surgical point when transporting a vehicle, and if you are thinking to go with Garcia’s, you have nothing to worry about.

Start by requesting your free quote here, one of our representatives will call you right afterwards to explain our services and pricing. You can and we suggest you to always ask about how the pricing procedure is done, this way you will always understand the reasons behind the given price.

If you are only looking for information, you can also request our quote form via email here.

Once all of your questions has been answered, the next step in the process would be to set up a free reservation either by filling the online form, or providing us the needed information over the phone.

Reservations a completely free, therefore, there is no need to put down any payment or credit card information at the moment of booking the service. Also, if by any reason you are not able to ship your vehicle anymore, let us know immediately. While there are no cancelation fees, our drivers must be notified at least 72 hours prior the estimated shipping time.

Once your driver is confirmed, usually 24 to 72 hours after setting up the reservation, we will get in contact with you to give you accurate pickup time, and estimated time for delivery. Every order receives several different options, this way, if the first option is not convenient for you, most likely, the next one will.

Estimated time-frames are always bound to the traffic and weather factors, and while we can be accurate in this regard, we can’t be 100% precise. If you are around a heavy traffic area keep in mind that dispatched carriers are most of the time eighteen wheelers double deckers, and just a flat tire could severely delay the whole operation.

Always plan your ventures with an open window and with an extra amount of time to cover unforeseen situations. This way, in case of an unavoidable delay, the unpleasant wait will not represent bigger issues to you, your loved ones or those involved in the shipping process.

Right before loading your valuable load on our trucks, the driver will perform a 21 points inspection and will also take pictures of your vehicle, so its current condition is stated on the release form. You are free to take pictures yourself of your vehicle and the loading process. Once your vehicle arrives its destination, another 21 points inspection will be done on it and the results will be compared with the ones done at pickup. If there is any discrepancy between the two, the details will be issued on the release form in order to make effective the provided insurance.

In case on an unlikely issue during transit, always verify the information on the release form before signing it. Remember to claim your vehicle’s key, title, and any paperwork from the driver before he leaves.

Keep in mind, you don’t necessarily need to be in person at any of both locations for the shipping process to occur, although it is highly advisable that you have a person of your trust to both release and receive your vehicle in order to verify that everything goes as expected.

Last but not least, make sure you keep our contact information handy for your next move.

Until the next one.
