The Importance of the 21 points Inspection.
We cannot stress enough this simple, yet critical part of car shipping. Once our driver arrives to pick up location, an inspection will be done all around your vehicle, so the current condition is stated on the release form. This information is compared against another inspection done at destination in order to verify that the vehicle was delivered in the same conditions. It is recommended having a person of your trust, to accompany the driver at each location. In case of an eventuality, the information detailed in the release form will be taken into consideration, enabling the insurance to come through for you.

The Misconception of Delivery Dates
Based on current D.O.T. regulations, mandatory mileage for individual drivers on cross country and interstate transportation is ~400-500 miles daily. When providing estimated time frames it is a common practice to give a two day window for both pickup and delivery in order to give extra room in case of a delay. A single flat tire, traffic or weather could severely change our initial time frame. In this regard at Garcia’s Auto Transport and Logistics, we always communicate as much information as possible to the customer on what to do and expect in every situation. All drivers call at least 3 hours in advance before arriving to each location. This way we ensure our customers don’t have to deal with unnecessary waits.
